Our Open Positions

Associate Product Manager

We’re looking for a tactical, well-organized problem solver just starting their career who is excited to become a card-carrying product manager on a platform that has both revenue and an up-and-to-the-right growth curve. It’s an opportunity to learn fast, take risks and kick ass.

Opportunity
  • Ship great, high quality features we can tell the world about, such that Mightybell Network Hosts and members absolutely love us (and know how to use the features of a Mightybell Network)
  • Prioritize the next set of features we need to ship based on Hosts and members absolutely loving us (even if they aren’t asking for that feature specifically)
  • Ensure that everything we’re planning, triaging, developing, shipping and optimizing ladders up to Mightybell being the dominant platform for Identity Networks
Responsibilities

What will you be responsible for? See above. While you don’t need to show up with significant experience, you do need to make our team and process run more smoothly and increase the quality of Mightybell Networks as we scale to the next level of complexity (e.g., three platforms, keeping track of Host and member requests, issues and priorities; feature parity on all new launches; and backwards feature parity for existing ones, etc.).

Qualifications
  • Hyper-responsive with organizational skills that border on annoying
  • Comfortable with technical topics and how software works – so, you can quickly understand what’s hard or what’s easy to do (and what we should prioritize)
  • Familiar with agile development and excited to make our design, development and organizational processes run even smoother and easier for everyone
  • Capable of contributing to a conversation around decisions and priorities
  • Self-motivated and independently curious about data and analytics as another way to help inform decisions and priorities
  • Amazing at keeping lists and following up with people (you aren’t the person who needs to be asked or reminded because you are the person who does the asking and reminding)
  • Excited to file issues and verify bugs on our way to shipping an awesome feature or project that is going to make our Hosts and members love Mightybell even more
  • The first to raise your hand to capture and share meeting notes, decisions and feature write-ups that keep everyone in the loop internally and generate external documentation that make the lives of our Hosts and members even easier (so that they love us even more)
  • Fired up to maintain the product roadmap
  • Ambitious and hungry to learn how to become a senior product manager (or more) running your own team in the next 3-5 years
  • Shows up to interview having downloaded OWN IT and Hairbrained and created your own Mightybell Network (it’s free and takes about 30 seconds)

Sound too good to be true? It’s not. Send us a note at jobs@mightybell.com.
